Singapore International Graduate Award 2025-26 | Fully Funded | SINGA 2025
The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) 2025-26 is a fully funded PhD scholarship designed for outstanding international students who have not previously studied for free in Singapore. Eligibility Criteria for the Singapore International Graduate Award 2025-26:
All international graduates with a passion for research and excellent academic results can apply.
Good written and spoken English skills.
Applicants must have a good report from academic referees for SINGA 2025.
A*STAR may include additional selection criteria based on current scholarship policies. These policies may be changed from time to time without notice.
Students must have a bachelor’s degree when applying for the SINGA award.
Applicants must have an excellent academic record.
There is no specific requirement for English Proficiency. However, the university may require the certificate.
Applicants applying for PhD in Science and Engineering are eligible only.
PhD applicants applying for humanities, arts, and other fields are not eligible for the SINGA award.
Singapore International Graduate Award is fully funded. The international PhD award will cover all costs related to studying abroad. Benefits of Singapore International Graduate Scholarship:
This Singapore government scholarship will cover a full tuition fee waiver.
Singaporean scholarship recipients will receive a one-time settling-in payment (allowance of $1,000).

Requirements:
Valid Passport
A recent passport-sized photo (in .jpeg or .png format)
ALL transcripts must be in English translation
Academic transcripts of bachelors and masters
Bachelor’s certificate/scroll(s) or a certification letter from the university in your application if your certificate/scroll has not yet been awarded
Two recommendation reports (to be completed and submitted online by the referees)
Optional:
GRE / TOEFL / IELTS / SAT I & II / GATE results. However, please note that the university may require you to submit satisfactory scores as part of the university admission requirement.
